Jay R Arnold, born in Willows, CA came to Idaho in 1977. At the age of 22, in 1987, at $5.00 an hour, he began his career with A-Core as a laborer, and now manages the Magic Valley Office. His years with the company not only reflect his love and dedication but it shows in his work just how much pride he takes in what he does. His project experience span an array of industries such as: City County Building in Salt Lake City, Utah, the Hoover Dam, Grand Cooley Dam, Bonneville Dam, Sugar Plant Smoke Stack in Burley, Idaho, Redwood Water Tank in Kimberly, Idaho, and Shoshone Falls Spill Ways. Through safety for himself, his family and A-Core, he aims to teach his peers all he knows and has learned throughout his years with A-Core. Jay is a proud father of three, grandfather of five and a devoted husband. He currently resides in Twin Falls, Idaho, where he enjoys gold digging, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors during his time off.
