Matt Verdun started working for A-Core of Boise in 1996. Starting as an operator, then after two years of being in the field reluctantly went into the office to help in dispatch. This position was supposed to be temporary but lasted six years. In 2004, A-Core of Washington was in need of a manager so Matt moved over in January 2004 to Kennewick, later in the year his wife and three kids joined him. Kennewick is a bedroom community located along the Columbia River. A-Core provides services for the many dams on the river as well as Hanford’s nuclear site in Richland, Washington. A-Core’s reach is statewide however, his focus is heading up towards the Canadian, Idaho and Oregon borders. In his off time, Matt enjoys most..not working! He enjoys salmon fishing and other outdoor activities that come with living in Washington.
