Salt Lake International Airport
A-Core was contracted to perform all deep sawing in order to replace outdated panels on the runways and taxiways.
I would like to just take a minute to say what an awesome job your Yuma crew performed. All work was performed in a professional manor and the job was completed faster and better than I could of imagined. Looking forward to working A-Core on the next phase and future projects.
We recognize the effort A-Core crews put forth to finish the I-15 joint saw and reseal project ahead of schedule. We are grateful for the extra effort put forth and commend A-Core on the high quality crews and supervisors they employ. We are overall very pleased with the work performed on this project and with the good working relationship established with A-Core. We look forward to working with them on future projects.
I am Nathan Jones, Plant Engineer with Avista at Noxon Rapids Dam. Over the past weeks, Billy and his crew worked for Lydig on our transformer deck sump project. I was impressed with A-Core and Billy's work, and would like to pass on my compliments to him and his crew. The cutting project was not easy. As an active and operating hydro dam, our drains go directly to the river. Extreme care had to be taken during all stages of work to eliminate any waste or drain flow. While cutting the sumps in directly over and around the drains, Billy and his crew had zero spill incidents due to exercising the required care and controls necessary to maintain this requirement. This required continuous cleanup and housekeeping, and was performed to meet all our requirements. In addition, Billy and his crew maintained an aggressive pace to keep up with Lydigs' requirements and our schedule.
I just took the best phone call I’ve EVER taken at CPC. The guy said, “My name is Tim and I just got back from Afghanistan . I just passed one of your jobs here on I84, and one of your pieces of equipment had an American Flag on it and I just wanted to say, Thank you”. I told Tim, Thank you for what he has done for our country. I’ve taken many interesting phone calls over the years, but none have made me feel better than that one. So, thanks for taking the time and effort to display the American flag [on your equipment]. That was awesome!
I thank you and your employees for the work done on the sealing of teh turbine pit walls on the Ashton Hydro Project. You and your employees worked under some very adverse conditions with a new product. You all put forth a great effort and overcame the obstacles. You can be proud of the great employees you have. They gave their all to bring the job to a successful completion with excellent workmanship.
A-Core of Idaho Inc. was a major subcontractor on our John Day Dam Deflector Project. The work they performed was critical to the successful completion of this project. A-Core is a very professional company and has progressed with their work to our satisfaction. They respond in a timely manner to the demands of the project. Their work forces and supervisors are very competent and are readily available to execute job requirements. we recommend A-Core of Idaho as a subcontractor to perform drilling and concrete demolition for any kind of project we have for the Corp of Army Engineers.
This letter is to inform you of the VERY professional attitude exhibited by the A-Core personnel that performed the coring service for our project at Luke AFB. The professionalism was not only in the gentlemen's greeting but also in the work that he performed. This person took the time to protect the building with plastic to keep the residue from the coring off of the building exterior and even washed down the wall to remove what residue the plastic sheathing did not catch. This is not a common occurrence from cutting companies and A-Core will receive my highest rating.
A-Core deserves a great deal of praise for your technical knowledge and positive attitude in performing this work on the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
