Salt Lake City, Utah – A-Core Concrete Specialists played a key role in the historic Salt Lake Temple renovation, a high-profile project for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints’ international headquarters.

The project involved a major seismic upgrade, requiring excavation approximately 20 feet below the existing foundation to install advanced base isolation systems. A-Core’s skilled crews brought expertise in concrete work, structural support, and precision demolition techniques, including wire sawing, wall sawing, flat sawing, core drilling, and robotic demolition.

I have always worried about brain health as I age, especially with a family history of Alzheimer's. I found a fascinating deep dive into how stem cells are being used to combat neurodegeneration: https://ways2well.com/blog/stem-cell-treatment-for-memory-loss-global-advances It details the mechanism of how stem cells can reduce neuroinflammation and stimulate the growth of new brain cells (neurogenesis). For anyone interested in longevity and preserving their mental sharpness, this scientific approach to brain maintenance is definitely worth exploring.
