OUR HISTORY
Founded in 1974, A-Core Concrete Cutting, Inc. got its start from humble beginnings as the entire operation was ran from the back of a yellow station wagon, known as “Old Yeller”. Rooted in integrity, hard work, honesty, and a determination to succeed, the original founders of A-Core relied on superior customer service and a dedication to quality work. This steadfast commitment helped the company to earn a strong and well-respected reputation in the concrete cutting and specialty contractor industries. A-Core honors that ambition and dedication has improved the quality of life for countless individuals.

Specializing in highway saw and seal work. We now offer a full suit of services including: flat sawing, core drilling, GPR scanning, wall sawing, wire sawing, demolition, curb sawing, grinding, and grooving.
2005
Launched Demolition Division
We first launch with a dump trailer and mini-ex. We now offer a full service demolition division capable of tackling any sized project. Our fleet includes electric excavators, robotic hammers, track hoes, fleet of dump trucks, and of course multiple mini-excavators.
2014
Acquired New Mexico Concrete Cutting
A-Core acquires New Mexico Concrete Cutting and the Nelson team to further expand its offering to the state of New Mexico and its surrounding areas.

Opened Fort Worth, Texas office
Specializing in grinding and grooving. We now offer a full suit of services including: flat sawing, wall sawing, core drilling, wire sawing, demolition, curb sawing, GPR scanning, joint rehabilitation, slab panel replacement, grinding, and grooving.

Launched Concrete Pouring Division
After listening to our customers need, we launched our concrete pouring division based out of our Idaho Falls location. We are now offering this service at our Salt Lake City location also.

Division
GPR Division is launched in all locations.

Opened Denver, Colorado office
