The Rainbow Te-ton building resonates with the whirl of a 54-inch saw blade cutting through the stone basement wall, which separates the building.The cutting of new doors and windows is one of the last major interior projects before new walls can be built, floors laid and paint applied, Rawlins DDA/Main Street Director Pam Thayer said.
